It is one of the most popular banquet choices. It can accommodate up to 6000 guests at the same time. The RC and steel-member mixed structure and the unique GRC style, the dome sharp-tip rooftop, the open lobby that is 10.5 meters high, the RC dual-spiral stairway, the 3D beam and column frameworks, the external walls, and the rooftop are all very complex. Auxiliary frameworks, the steel rib shaping frameworks, were needed during construction. It was hit by the 921 Earthquake during construction yet it remained intact.
