Uni-President Health Resort Club in Guguan

This leisure and recreational headquarters in a scenic area was first faced with the construction that would take place on a steep slope. While the basement was being built, one had to make sure that the traffic on the Central Cross-Island Highway (Tai-8) remained smooth. Setting out was extremely complex. The foundation consisted of impact piles with a diameter of 80 cm and the raft foundation. The hillside excavation support was built with micro piles and the steel wire mesh covered with 10 cm of spray concrete to form the slope protection project. It is fine and rigid and covers all aspects.
During construction, it was hit by the 921 Earthquake yet it remained intact and hence the duration of construction was not affected. For the primary building space, on the first floor is the 7.5 m lobby and high-end hot spring guest rooms are on 2F to 6F. BF1 and BF2 are the SPA recreational center (cinema and conference center), playground facilities, and outdoors is the hot spring swimming pool, garden, and landscaping. All the international leisure and recreational club amenities are perfectly fulfilled as planned.
