1. The height difference between the two ends of the site is up to 15 meters. The high slope cantilever retaining wall has a height of 9 meters. The height of the elevated workshop is 6m-(4m+2m for air-conditioning). It was uneasy for the high column-steel bar to lift in addition to the open large-span beam (L=10.5 meters) and the open shelf supporter. We overcame all of these challenges. In particular, the workshops were meant for production of high-tech LED products that require lint-free operations. Due to the fact that the workshops were adjacent to existing ones, attention needed to be paid to the special treatment of basement support so that vibration would not occur during excavation.
2. Short-term contract that was completed on time. Both the quality and progress were highly recognized and reputed by the client.
3. The external walls are made of ceramic tiles. The floors are self-leveling mud + plastic tiles with super big polished quartz bricks (50X100). The lint-free room is painted with EPOXY and at the entrance is suspended structural glass.
